How long does it take to build and ship a custom amplifier cabinet?
Custom cabinets are handcrafted to order. Typically, build times range from 4 to 6 weeks depending on current order volume and material availability.
Do you offer international shipping for electronic components?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
What is your return policy on electronic parts and pickups?
We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of purchase. However, electronic components that have been soldered or installed are not eligible for return unless found to be defective.

Are Mojotone pickups wax potted?
Most of our pickups are vacuum wax potted to prevent microphonic feedback, though we do offer select vintage-spec models that are unpotted for specific tonal characteristics.
